Refund Policy

The short version

  • You have 14 days from purchase to ask for your money back.
  • Email us and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • No forms, no phone calls, and no conditions to meet.

If Word Search Empire does not do what this website says it does, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Write to ayoubebay1@gmail.com and we will refund the full amount you paid.

How to request a refund

  1. Email ayoubebay1@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or include your WarriorPlus receipt or order number.
  2. Use the subject line “Refund request”. You do not have to give a reason — although a one-line note helps us improve the product.
  3. We reply to confirm the refund. Because the product is a downloadable file, you do not need to return anything.

How the refund is paid

  • The refund is returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Some banks and card issuers take up to one billing cycle to show the credit.
  • We can only refund to the card, account or wallet that was used to pay. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account or person.

After a refund

Your licence to use the app ends when the refund is issued. Please delete the app file and any bonus files you downloaded. We do not ask you to prove that you have deleted them.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces any consumer rights you have by law — for example, rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content. Where the law gives you a longer period or a stronger remedy, the law applies and this policy does not override it.

Payments and order processing

Purchases are processed by WarriorPlus. Your order, receipt and payment details are handled by them under their own terms and privacy practices. If you cannot find your receipt, contact WarriorPlus support, or email us and we will help you track the order.

Chargebacks

Please email ayoubebay1@gmail.com before starting a chargeback — a refund is faster and simpler for everyone. If you have already opened a dispute with your bank or card issuer, send us the reference and we will work with WarriorPlus to resolve it.
