1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (“you”) and the vendor of Word Search Empire Deluxe (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app and request a refund within 14 days, as explained in our Refund Policy.

2. What you receive

A downloadable, self-contained application file (Word-Search-Empire-Deluxe.html) that runs in your browser on your own device. You also receive the licence rights set out below.

3. The licence granted to you

When you buy, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the purchaser to:

• make as many puzzles, pages and books as you like with the app;
• publish, print and sell the books you create, including through a print-on-demand service;
• put your own title, author name and cover on the books, and set your own prices;
• use the app for your own personal, classroom or business purposes;
• keep using the version you downloaded.

4. What you may not do

• sell, resell, license, share or give away the app file itself, whether alone or as part of another product;
• repackage the app, in whole or in part, as your own product, template pack or bonus;
• claim that you built the app;
• remove copyright or licence notices from the file.

The books you make with the app are yours to use and sell. The app itself is not.

5. This is an upgrade

Deluxe is sold as a premium upgrade within the Word Search Empire range. It is a standalone application and does not require any other product to run. It does not include the contents of any other product in the range, such as separate word packs or book libraries, unless we expressly say so on the sales page.

6. Check before you publish

The app generates puzzles automatically. Please open your book, read a few pages and check the puzzles and answers before you publish or print at volume. You are responsible for the content of the book you publish, and for complying with the rules of any platform you sell it on.

7. No results promised

The app is a tool for making puzzle books. It does not upload anything to a shop, write your listing, or guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or approvals. See our Earnings & Results Disclaimer.

8. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that any platform will accept what you publish.

9. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any decision made by a platform you use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes any consumer rights you have by law.

10. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its code and the Word Search Empire name remain our property. Your licence is to use the app, not to own it. Words, themes, titles and text that you supply remain yours.

11. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the app and these terms. Changes apply to future versions; the terms you agreed to when you bought continue to govern that purchase. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.

12. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts there. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
