The app itself

Word Search Empire Deluxe is delivered to you as a self-contained HTML file that runs in your browser on your own device. It does not require an account, and nothing you build, print or type is sent to us. Your puzzles and books stay on your own computer, and you can use the app with no internet connection.

This website

• These pages do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.
• These pages do not set cookies of their own.
• Fonts, images and styles are served from this site, so loading a page makes no third-party requests.
• Like almost any website, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

When you buy

Purchases are completed through WarriorPlus, our payment and delivery platform. When you buy, WarriorPlus collects your name, email address and payment details and processes the payment under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order reference so that we can deliver the product, answer support questions and process refunds. We never receive or store your full card number.

When you contact support

If you email ayoubebay1@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write in your message. We use that information only to reply to you, to deliver or replace files, and to handle refunds or other requests.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you bought the product. If you ever join a list, it will be because you opted in, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.
• We do not use your information for advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep support emails and order references only as long as we need them to help you and to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and then we delete them. WarriorPlus keeps purchase records for as long as their own policy requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — just email ayoubebay1@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will respond within the time those laws require. To exercise rights over the purchase details held by WarriorPlus, please contact WarriorPlus directly.

Children

This product is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information (such as card details) by email — we never need them.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
